AdeptHR Risk Management Portal

The AdeptHR Risk Management Portal is a purpose-built workspace for the team that manages workers’ compensation claims and safety operations. This site is the shared context for product, design, engineering, and client conversations.

The portal replaces a process spread across Excel, Outlook, calendar reminders, email templates, and personal knowledge. Its center of gravity is a claim’s complete history: what happened, who owns the next action, what the TPA has returned, what the employee’s work status is, and which deadline is approaching.

The scope and context page gives the short version. Read how work happens today to understand why the workflow needs structure, use the software inventory to understand the current systems around the team, then use the scope register and capability map as the starting point for implementation discussions. The modeled workflows then connect those product boundaries to durable execution without redefining the agreed scope.

  • The scope register uses the June 2026 client scope as its baseline. Other pages describe discovery direction, kickoff outcomes, and product constraints; they do not independently expand that scope.
  • Risk Portal and the existing AdeptHR AR portal are separate products, but should feel like one platform and reuse the same look and feel.
  • Marta, Gabe, Bianca, and Allen are the initial working users. The kickoff favored admin-level access for all four until role boundaries need to differ.
  • The build strategy is a shorter initial build followed by a longer feedback loop. Feedback can clarify expected behavior, but new requests still need scope review.
  • The alert matrix is a direct translation of Marta’s recurring responsibilities. Role routing, Eduardo escalation, and manual resolution are initial scope; per-rule assignments and thresholds not fixed by the June scope still need confirmation.
